Data deletion

You can remove Cast Forge’s access to your accounts and have the data we hold about you deleted at any time.

Stop access right away

1. Sign in to Cast Forge, open Accounts and remove the account. Its access token is deleted and nothing more is posted to it.
2. Or remove Cast Forge from the platform itself:
   • Facebook and Instagram: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select Cast Forge → Remove.
   • Threads: Threads app → Settings → Account → Website permissions → remove Cast Forge.
   • Pinterest: Pinterest → Settings → Security and logins → Apps → revoke Cast Forge.

Delete all your data

To have every record about you deleted (connected accounts and tokens, post history, website content and performance data), send a request to support@getcastforge.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name of the Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads or Pinterest account concerned.

We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days. Posts already published on social networks are not removed by this; delete them on the platform itself if you want them gone.

Removing Cast Forge in your Facebook settings also revokes its tokens on Meta’s side. Any data we still hold is deleted when you send the request above.
