These terms govern your use of Cast Forge, operated by Cast Forge. By using Cast Forge you agree to them.
The service
Cast Forge creates posts from the product pages of websites you add and publishes them to Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram and Threads accounts you connect. Features may change as the platforms change their own products and APIs.
Your responsibilities
- Only add websites and connect social accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for the content published through Cast Forge, including product images, claims and links, and for following the rules of each platform you post to.
- Keep your sign-in details and two-step verification codes safe.
- Do not use Cast Forge to send spam, mislead people or infringe anyone’s rights.
Third-party platforms
Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram and Threads are operated by other companies under their own terms. They can limit, review or remove posts and accounts at their discretion. We are not responsible for their decisions or for outages of their services.
AI-generated content
Copy and images may be generated by AI providers you choose. Review your posts: AI output can contain mistakes, and you remain responsible for what is published.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees for AI providers you connect are billed by those providers directly.
Availability and liability
Cast Forge is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee that every post will be published at the exact time or at all. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Ending the service
You can stop using Cast Forge and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the rules of the platforms they post to.
